National Family Benefit Scheme

This scheme has become online, under which the applicant will have to do online on the website www.nfbs.upsdc.gov.in.

1. 1. Income certificate issued from net for application (Rs 46080 / – annually for rural area and Rs 56460 / – yearly for urban area),
   2. death certificate,
   3. photo,
   4. Aadhar card,
   5. applying along with photocopy of bank passbook Will keep the copy with himself, and a self-attested copy with all the enclosures will be deposited in the office of the concerned Deputy District Magistrate.
